Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• We are seeking someone with a bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We need at least 5 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• We are looking for deep expertise in Oracle APEX and Oracle Database 12c or later.
• We expect experience with Agile delivery methods and SDLC practices.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL capability, along with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, is essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and collaborative teamwork skills are required.
• Preferred experience includes Azure Cloud, IBM InfoSphere, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and application modernization.
• Government contracting or work in a regulated environment is a plus.

• We lead Oracle APEX application design, build, and modernization initiatives.
• We mentor developers and provide hands-on technical direction across the team.
• We help ensure sprint goals and project commitments are delivered on time.
• We review code and uphold secure coding practices.
• We support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps-oriented workflows.
• We maintain application documentation and operational runbooks.
• We provide Tier 2/3 production support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• We partner with business, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
