• They will NOT look at anyone who has MORE THAN 10 years of experience, so we need to look for less than 10
• They passed on someone who was an hour away in Riverview. We need someone who is either in Clearwater, FL or in surrounding areas - I'm thinking we can try St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, Largo, Dunedin, Safety Harbor to name a few local areas.

Scrum Master

Clearwater, FL 2-3x per week onsite

Ideally local candidates only please!

$55-60/hr C2C

Must be able to convert without sponsorship

• 3+ years of experience (hybrid between scrum master, project manager, and product owner)
  • Would prefer more of the product owner experience if had to choose)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
• Product ownership understanding
• Big on communication skills!

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Serve as the primary coordinator across development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and focus.

Partner closely with Product Owners, technical leads, and development teams to ensure successful execution.

Manage project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

Promote Agile best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with prioritization discussions and backlog management.

Monitor team capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery timelines.

Drive accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
