Location: Remote

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Scrum Master on behalf of our client in Remote to lead Agile delivery initiatives supporting banking regulatory reporting, data, finance, and risk management programs. This role requires a seasoned Agile professional with experience driving cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of regulatory reporting and data-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale technology delivery.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology stakeholders to prioritize work and align delivery objectives.
• Lead Agile delivery efforts supporting regulatory reporting initiatives, including financial, capital, liquidity, and risk reporting enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, release readiness, and key delivery metrics, providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Support backlog management, release planning, production deployments, and defect remediation activities.
• Drive data integration, reporting, reconciliation, controls, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Foster collaboration among business stakeholders, development, quality engineering, data engineering, and reporting teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, governance standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining delivery documentation, sprint artifacts, and traceability records.
• Facilitate post-release reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and team performance.

• 8+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Delivery experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• 5+ years of experience delivering data-driven initiatives, data management, or analytics programs.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of sprint planning, backlog management, dependency management, and release planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

• Experience supporting regulatory reporting, finance, risk, compliance, or data governance initiatives.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting processes such as FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Reports, CECL, Basel, CCAR, Capital, and Liquidity Reporting.
• Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation, modernization, or conversion programs.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and offshore Agile delivery teams.
