This traveler will provide nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult life span, utilizing knowledge of age related growth and development to individualize the nursing process in accordance with the nursing philosophy and objectives, the Standards of care, and the Standards of practice.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio.

• Minimum 2 years Labor and Delivery experience [Required]
• Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience [Required]
• Epic EMR experience [Required]
• AWHONN Certification within past 3 years - [Preferred]
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  
• Perm address must be included in profile
• ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio.
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
