Job Summary
FRM Mail Contracting is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and shipping facility. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse personnel, ensure efficient inventory management, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail, freight, and logistics operations while meeting company performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve productivity goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports, productivity metrics, and inventory documentation.
• Collaborate with transportation, logistics, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business is preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
