Responsibilities

Mail & Logistics Coordination - High-Volume Sorting: Swiftly sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages by mail type, PO Box, or keywords. This could include lifting boxes up to 40 pounds from time-to-time.
- Courier Management: Coordinate postal services and trackable mail into a third-party database; prepare manifests for distribution.
- Secure Handling: Ensure the mail processing area remains organized, secure, and compliant with the handling of Client Private Personal Information
- Facility Support: Maintain mailroom equipment and supplies, and provide physical support for office moves or relocations as needed.
- Verification: Perform Medallion Guarantee verification via third-party websites to ensure document validity.
- Digitization: Utilize automated mail-opening and high-speed imaging equipment to transition physical documents into digital workflows.
- Technical Proficiency: Use various computer software, imaging equipment, and industrial mail-opening machinery.
- Detail Oriented: Spot discrepancies in legal documents and track package signatures with 100% accuracy.
- Reliability: Arrive on time daily and lean into your proven track record of punctuality and attendance—timely processing is essential to avoid transaction delays.
