Requirements
3 or more years of experience in facilitating Agile Scrum frameworks as a dedicated Scrum Master.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, sprint boards, and task trackers.
Experience with leading core Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Experience in relational database querying, structures, and programming concepts.
Experience with hybrid project management models combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in public sector software delivery environments and enterprise-level ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement ceremonies for product development teams.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery workflows to keep hybrid project schedules on track.
Resolve blockages and technical impediments to help team members work collaboratively and efficiently.
Coach and mentor software development teams on standard Agile frameworks and continuous improvement principles.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality solution delivery on time and within budget.
Manage work items, user stories, and progress visualizations within Azure DevOps workspaces.
Communicate project status updates, operational risks, and system dependencies to stakeholders and product owners.
